Very good work! They are strong and very durable! However, I mistakenly thought they automatically had the correct height to create the tongue/groove, but no. You have to level it yourself. That made it a little difficult to get it right. So check the bit height to make sure you fit well in the cuts.

Finding the right height is the hardest part. My router is installed on a desktop and the desktop cannot easily control the height. Using pine trimmings, I set each piece where it was sawn as needed. I then started with oak planks for the posts and rails of some of the cabinets I built. I read some negative reviews and was a little apprehensive about cutting through hard wood, but these chewed them through with no problem. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a worthy product for its money. Seems well made and packaged. It was a little difficult to get the bits to match properly, but I think you'll have the same problem with all pointed and grooved bits. What scared me to death was the really big/heavy size of the cutter head compared to the 1/4" shank. If the shaft broke at 22,000rpm it would be a really bad day. I definitely have all my protective gear on used and walked through the pieces in a few smaller runs.

This was my first experience with the set. I carved a groove on a test piece and it seemed to go well enough. I installed the reed bit in the second router and just adjusted the height for a test piece. As soon as I booted the router there was a big bang, I was hit with shards of plastic and I had to go through the shop to find this bit bent right where it came out of the collet. Although I ordered the 1/4" shank version, the first set of bits I received were 1/2" shanked and the box was clearly with Marked 1/2" which did not fit my 1/4" router chuck so I sent them back for an exchange. The second set, as you might have guessed, also had a 1/2" shank, as stated on the label. This is Revain's fault as the product was correctly labeled by the retailer. My biggest complaint is the length of the shaft! Why on earth it's half an inch longer than it should be I don't understand, and it's definitely a safety issue due to possible deflection. 32 is too narrow for the nozzle included in the kit. Make sure you do your due diligence and make test cuts. All in all, a great price, but I feel I need to trim these pieces accurately. There is no way to get to the "k" line.
