Poor product Good for metalworking chisels

Inserted tip broke off main body on second use. I used it to split a concrete block in two. I think the body is too weak to hold the inserted tip.

Pros
  • Mechanical and hand tools
Cons
  • No automatic

Selfishly, I'd like to keep that a secret!

Great price. Use this tool with a hammer of the right size and power and this tool will last a long time. It's well designed and built and I expect to get many hours of use between sharpenings.

Pros
  • Hand tool
Cons
  • So far so good

Well made at a great price

I use these chisels for stone words and lettering and they work great. I live in the same town as Trow and Holden and I love their tools, but a carbide chisel costs over $45. It is well made in the USA and the quality is what you would expect from a more expensive piece. I have ordered three sizes so far.

Pros
  • Chisel
Cons
  • No instructions
