Krator Universal Windshield Headlight Compatible Review

Everything is exactly as I expected, except for the instructions! They are not here. I understand that for the most part this is a universal fit. Which brackets/clamps go where with which set of screws I have to figure out myself though. Other than that, I LOVE IT MUCH!

First, NO instructions are included. I also noticed that my bike wobbled a bit as a result. Got this for my 2020 883 iron, it was hard to do EVEN. I got it working and got up great. I had to loosen the headlight a bit and then tighten it again. Fits well and looks great overall! The price is great too

Fits my 2020 Softtail without the headlight extension and only with half brackets. Fits right over my light which is about 2 inches from the front. Installing it near the grille makes accessing all the hardware difficult, but I managed to do it within a few hours of opening the box, so I highly recommend it. So far it's held up well at 400 miles and 120 mph.

The fairing itself seems to be of good quality, I've had Memphis shadow fairings and even solid fairings. This is one of the best qualities. Took about 45 minutes to install, but without instructions, or at least a quick start guide, it definitely sucks. After getting a rough idea of how everything was going, everything went smoothly. Just take your time and you'll be fine. Lots of renovations and moves.

This item was very easy to install. Installed on Iron 883 2014. I have yet to purchase a screw (not included) for the headlight extension, but it's still fine and doesn't affect my light output or my visibility. I will add an extension soon, too busy at the moment. The bike used to have a Krator fairing, which helped a lot with deflecting wind, but that fairing is coming out of the water. Well, to start, I got this fairing for my Dyna 01' lowrider. As mentioned in some other comments, depending on the style of your bike you may not need all the hardware and brackets to mount it. .I'm not very mechanical and it came with no instructions so it was a bit difficult to figure out at first but after taking it off and putting it back on everything went smoothly in the end. This product is nearly identical to the $300 Burly fairing. So, to start with an open box, the following was not enough for me. 1 nut to fix the screen to the fairing 1 screw and nut to move the headlight. If you're mechanically inclined, the above isn't a problem. The manual didn't help much other than an inventory of nuts and bolts. Again, you can turn the wrench to find out. 2013 Harley Sportster 48 very clean product for the price collect. But there is a video on YouTube that 100% explains it. I didn't follow the instructions and did it my way. I also bought a set of clips which makes it even easier to put on and take off but needs a lot of modification so I did it with the original hardware for now.
