Here's the thing: THESE RULES!

Don't skimp on clamps. Either take my advice and find out today, or you can just go ahead and buy a bunch of crappy clips that you'll never use because they don't work. The Kreg clip is great. Basically it's a vice with flattened ends to allow for tightening. You can change the clamp spacing by simply turning the adjustment screw/bolt on the bottom of the handle. When used correctly, they hold up very firmly. Now they're a little more expensive than most clamps, but you'll make up the…

Excellent jig clip Kreg Pocket Hole Jig, suitable for other things

The clip itself is very convenient and durable. I bought one of the portable pocket hole jigs and when using regular clamps the jigs tended to move when drilling which led to this purchase as it has a round style for the jigsaw. It definitely holds this bait very well. While you can use it for other purposes, I wouldn't recommend it over other clips of this size for everyday use. Great clamps to hold wood in place when installing screws. I realized early on that a good connector fit and secure clamps on a solid flat table are the two MAIN keys to a successful bag connector.
