Perfect Magnesium Sharpener

This magnesium sharpener is an essential tool for any artist or student. Using this product, our team found that it sharpened pencils quickly and efficiently, leaving a clean and precise point. Its rectangular shape allows for a comfortable grip while sharpening. Plus, its compact size makes it easy to transport to and from classes, work or for on-the-go arts and crafts projects. The only con we found with this product was that it occasionally left graphite residue on the sharpener blades…

Pros
  • Produces sharp points for pencils.
Cons
  • May break easily with frequent use.

Great sharpener in a compact form factor

This manufacturer's sharpeners are some of the best, sharpening both my wooden pencils and colored pencils to sharp points that rarely break - this even includes the Luminance line which they are thicker than most other pencils, but not thick enough to use the larger half of a sharpener. The difference here is that the small body around the sharpener is very compact, suitable for pocket and thin pencil cases. Specifically, this model is even more compact than the manufacturer's dome model…

Pros
  • Rectangular shape and assorted colors
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

The sharpener is worth the money!

I'm always looking for the smallest pencil sharpener (with chip bin) I can find. They must fit compactly into the many small wooden pencil cases I keep by the front door with various sketchbooks, each drawer already containing art supplies; I never leave the house without stopping there. I bought three of these Kum 103.20.21 Micro 2-in-1 2-Hole Magnesium Pencil Sharpeners with Small Waste Bins - a long name for a pencil sharpener, but it told me everything I needed to know in just its title…

Pros
  • This 2-in-1, 2-hole micro sharpener comes with a small waste bin
Cons
  • Some bugs
