Very strong and durable

Bought to keep my dog tags in one place and to make changing collars easier (he has enough wardrobe). The clip is very strong and can be a bit tricky to remove from the collar at times, but I prefer it so you never have to worry about it accidentally falling off. I've had this tag for a few months now and haven't seen any wear or damage and the clip is just as strong as it was when I first got it.

Pros
  • Collars, harnesses and leashes
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Looks pretty solid and steel

Looks pretty solid and steel so hopefully it won't be destroyed by another pup. Only time can tell. In less than a week, or Shepard will be able to remove the staple from people's necks in less than a week, our shepherd will be able to remove the staple from a pit bull's collar. However, we were able to bend the clip because unlike the other clip we had, it wasn't completely broken, just slightly warped.

Pros
  • ID tags
Cons
  • Nothing here

Looks pretty solid and is made of steel.

Pros
  • Size: 33mm x 20mm (approx. 1.18" x 0.79"), ideal for large dog collars and harnesses. The clamp does not add bulk or weight to the dog's neck.
Cons
  • A few little things

The clip is great! I was a bit hesitant at first because I used another "Easy Replacement" clip that wasn't secure at all and lost my dog tag at the dog park twice! I've then resigned myself to fiddling with forked keyrings to switch between collars and risk breaking my thumbnails. But it's strong enough to stay in place, yet easy enough to detach (depending on the thickness of the charm ring on your collar). The only problem was putting the split key ring on the clip the first time as the loop

Pros
  • EASY TO USE - Spring-loaded top clip attaches to any pet collar or harness; The lower ring contains animal identification tags.
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Non-silver and potentially unsafe

Color does not match main product image; it has a dark finish that scratched the second, i had to put a split ring with a tag on it. My dog is very small and long past the playful puppy stage so this should work fine for him but I wouldn't trust him to survive a play hold or a few good tugs if he gets caught on something in the water while a larger dog. It was worn by a dog - which is more likely using a clip as the trailer attachment is now longer and offers more attachment options. It's more…

Pros
  • Sturdy - Sturdy steel clip prevents accidental opening and prevents lost identification tags. The dog clip holds up to 45 pounds and then breaks safely to prevent choking.
Cons
  • Small Parts
