Works great, very easy to install.

I have a 2009 Suzuki C109RT. The device fits my bike perfectly without the need for any of the included adapters. All I had to do was move the brake lever a bit to make room for a support arm to fit on the handlebars. It takes up so little space on the throttle grip that I didn't have to adjust how I was holding the grip while riding anyway. I've spent more time rummaging through my toolbox for the right allen wrenches than installing and adjusting them. It works amazing, once set up properly…

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent

  • Expensive

Great product, great price

Approved, I didn't want any of these. But I did it because I'm getting old and I'm 2000 miles away. However, this product was amazing. Made from really durable thick plastic with a nice finish. Matching my 2013 winning highball. I had to move the throttle back about 1/4 inch, which seemed like a lot to me, but if you ease off the throttle you can see that it doesn't make much of a difference. Setting up is easy and getting set up is pretty easy. However, it is sensitive. Any slight movement of…

THIS WORKS REALLY WELL! Rescue the wrist! DO NOT USE THIS.

Let me start by saying that the website says this will NOT work on my 2019 Kawasaki Versys 650LT bike. AT OWN RISK I have measured and examined and thought it would. AND IN MY OPINION THE ONLY ONE IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE OF THIS REVIEW I AM AN IDIOT DON'T FOLLOW MY DRIVING. YOU DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. But as you can see from the photo, the gas lock worked very well. MUST PRACTICE WITH THIS IF YOU'RE STUPID enough to do it anywhere. The instructions are very specific that YOU CAN DIE TO USE…

A must for long car journeys! Great gas lock!

I had the same throttle lock on my 2001 Yamaha V-Star and just installed it on my 2004 Kawasaki Concours and it works fantastic! The scope of delivery includes adapters for 7/8" and 1" handlebars as well as other adapters for different grip sizes. My V-Star had custom FAT foam grips and didn't use a rubber insert/adapter, while my Concours had the standard skinny rubber grips and wanted the thickest insert. I need to emphasize a few things in order for your installation to go smoothly: 1- The…

It's almost what I expected

It's almost what I expected. It's plastic but doesn't look cheap or break easily. It fitted right onto my 1" handlebars but also included spacers/adapters for 7/8" handlebars. One of the included rubber pads fits my grip well enough. I would like to use a thicker one but it was too tight for it to work. Although the average size does the job. I would give 5 stars but it needed a bit of tweaking to make it work well. At first I couldn't tighten it enough to hold it and not let the throttle…

  • The best in its niche

Great addition to my 1995 Vulcan 88 (VN1500-A9)

I love riding my 19 year old Kawasaki Vulcan 88 (1500cc V-Twin) through back roads, hills and woods in East Texas. On a long trip, sometimes you really need to use the throttle to adjust your clothes, gear, etc., or just get a little rest. The old Vulcan is a great bike, but it lacks some of the bells and whistles of the big new cruisers, like cruise control. When I saw the Kuryakin gas assist system I wasn't sure if it would fit. But I took a chance and ordered it, and I'm glad I did…
