Disappointing Modem Router Combo

Using this product, our team found that the signal was weak and constantly dropped. The setup was frustrating and the instructions were unclear.

Month worked fine and then the battery died

Worked great but when the battery died I couldn't find a replacement. However when I contacted the seller she immediately offered to send a replacement which I am waiting for. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the difficulties encountered after the battery died. .I don't get the battery for it, although the seller promised to send it.

DOA battery; Extremely limited SIM compatibility

I like the compact size and affordable price of this device, but there are clearly some quality control and design issues: 1. Right out of the box, the battery looks completely dead. The device only turns on when it's plugged in, and (oddly) the battery gauge shows a bar or two when I plug in the device with the battery removed. (?!?) However, when the battery is inserted and the power cord is connected, the battery indicator goes out and the battery does not charge an iota; In other words, the
