My little 3.5 lb chihuahua has stability issues and sometimes falls over. Instead of jumping around like a fish out of water, this inflatable collar keeps her head from touching the ground and helps her get back up. THIS is God's manna to me! My two small dogs were injured at the groomer and I originally bought traditional electronic collars. They felt very uncomfortable and could not eat or drink with these collars on. These inflatable collars saved the day! My dogs were no longer afraid of these inflatable collars and were able to eat and drink without any problems.

Sometimes the air runs out and the inner circumference is small. My dog has a thin neck so it will still fit but you can order if it is close to the size it gives you. This works perfectly for a dog with a short muzzle. My poodle and his long snout can also chew.

The valve to blow this thing was tight. For example, I couldn't blow air into it to inflate it! I had to make a slit in the valve with a knife so I could let air in (very slowly). Also, it fits my Boston Terrier very well! The package says it's big enough for a labrador, but I have two and it's not big enough for her neck!

The design is excellent. Performance sucks. I have 2 puppies that were spayed at the same time. Along with the inflatable conga, that was all that kept any of them from getting stitches. UNTIL IT BREAKS. Both collars ran into the inner bladder within a few days, rendering it unusable. The inner bladder is made of thin plastic and the seams will tear by themselves.
