Very disappointed

I have used Kyb shock absorbers on many cars for many years and they have always been great. I bought these for my hatchback 14 sonic ltz. Those bumps made the ride a very hard, jittery, shaky mess. Vibrations occur when overcoming dips or bumps in the cabin. Worst ride I have ever experienced in a vehicle. They do not record anything, but send everything directly through the salon. Everyone in the family complained about bad roads/horrible driving! The car has 50,000 miles My son checked the shock absorbers and the Delco OEM shock absorbers were leaking oil. Bad sign. I ordered shock absorbers from Rock Auto. My son changed them - WOW what a difference! All I can say is that KYB is the best! I…

The car dived under moderate and hard braking. In heavy traffic, the see-saw effect was uncomfortable, and under hard braking, the rear lightened and felt unsteady. The second issue was high-speed damping and rebound. A pothole or even a gap in the concrete section of the highway hits hard and makes the ride…
