KYB 344496 Excel G Gas Shock Review

Based on my experience, this product has greatly improved my car's handling and reduced the amount of bouncing on rough roads, providing a smoother ride. The gas shock is very durable and long-lasting. However, it is slightly expensive compared to other products in the category.

K&B is definitely the best choice. I almost always get their parts and they are way better than replacement parts or other aftermarket parts you can get anywhere.

So the damping feels about the same as my Jeep Commander but there is one problem with them that the description doesn't mention. They come with rubber mounts in the bottom holes, but the top mounting points are hard plastic. The instructions are just pictures (no words) but they seem to say you can use a flathead screwdriver to pry the bushings out of your old shocks.
