🚗 Efficient Performance with KYB 349075 Excel-G Gas Shock for Optimal Suspension Review

One of the shock absorber packages was damaged and there is a dent on one end of the item as if it had been dropped. I need to install so no time to send back. It fits and installs easily. So far, so good. I will update in a month or two.

These are really good shocks that have made the rear of my Altima a lot quieter and smoothed out the bumps. Installation was very easy, but be aware - when attaching to the shock, slowly hand tighten with light force. Power tools are not recommended. I learned it the hard way :-)

Excellent fit, comes with all hardware except lower arm bolt, upper bracket and boot. With hand tools it took about 40 minutes. The car drives great again. Update 05/12/18: Both shock absorbers make an annoying crunch. I checked the screws and nothing is loose. The handling is ok, but the sound is annoying.

The rumors are true and it's really good. I combine them with a rear anti-roll bar, end links and lowering springs. I like the ride quality. They are easy to install - plus or minus 30 minutes a year with no rush. Remember shock absorbers come with a mounting kit! I made the mistake of buying a separate kit but it's all fine. The bushings that come with the shocks are much better than the ones that come with the other kit.

This is a spare part, at first I ordered 2 pieces but only one was good. I rate this product 2 stars because the material is not high quality for $. I recommend checking other brands or just making sure this product is intact when you receive your order. My experience with this product was bad and I will not buy it again, I will definitely look for other brands next time 1st first = shipping box damaged 2nd = mounting kit missing.
