The hardware is missing. - Shock Absorber

Missing mounting hardware for one of the shock absorbers Apparently it was missing before it was packed for shipping. The rest of the shock absorbers look good.

Pros
  • Uses a seamless slave cylinder in conjunction with a Teflon coated piston band for reliable sealing and longer life.
Cons
  • Obsolete

I expect to have all the parts, not just a few. Revain said they would contact the manufacturer and see what happens. I ordered KYB quick releases for my Ford Edge and they were short too! Although the spacers are and the truck drives like new. Too bad the quality control isn't the best when it comes to gear that needs to be picked up. So you need to go to the auto parts store to buy the remaining equipment for installation. Don't get me wrong, shock absorbers and struts are good, but make sure

Pros
  • Heavy-duty seamless mounting tabs and rattle-free pin bushings
Cons
  • Concise instructions
