Truck monotube design outperforms all other standard shock absorbers. Zinc-coated, stainless steel piston ring provides a positive seal in the most extreme conditions. Rubber boot to protect the shaft and keep dirt and debris away from the seals.

"Unmatched Performance Shocks

These shocks have completely transformed my vehicle's suspension. The improved handling and control have greatly enhanced my driving experience .The durability of these shocks is also impressive, having withstood some rough off-roading. I highly recommend these for any automotive enthusiast looking to upgrade their vehicle's suspension. The only downside is THE higher price compared to some other shocks on the market..

Excellent ride quality on and off road.

I bought a pair of these and also a pair 565079 for a Dodge Dakota. They were received on time (except one which had a delivery error). The driving characteristics are excellent for me. They've beefed up the suspension a bit, but that makes the truck feel like it's sticking to the road like a car. After a few months of riding them I still feel like I have new shocks. I have used many different brands and so far KYB is in my top 3.
