KYB SM5162 Strut Mount Review

When I tried this suspension upgrade on my automotive, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and stable my ride became. My car handles better and feels incredibly comfortable on bumpy roads - not to mention the improved steering response. The installation was straightforward and hassle-free. The only downside is the slight increase in noise inside the cabin when driving over rough patches, but it's negligible compared to the overall performance boost. All in all, I would definitely recommend

I used them to assemble the front struts for my RAV. The old mounts were pretty wobbly. Didn't know how loose until I compared them to new ones. They fit perfectly and now the RAV drives and drives great.

I chose this particular KYB strut mount because the picture showed it came with the shock boot replacement. It does not come with a bellows. The kit includes a strut mount with a lubricated bearing and three body mounting nuts. The mount looks high quality. Edit 7/28/2013 It appears the product image has been updated to better represent the actual product. It's good. We have about a year and a half on our shocks and they work well.
