The best part of this software is that it gives my practice an advantage because people are getting fast answers about whether they needed to see a doctor, or if we can send them home with some more medication at first visit. It's pretty easy to navigate once you get used to it. They really need to give this software more advertising so that people know about its existence and benefits over the other systems out there. I like it because it's so easy, you can see all of your results at once! It takes about 10 seconds to get from one result to another, which makes finding the ones you need super quick!! Sometimes there aren't any problems but sometimes they will be very detailed (ie "Hematocrit", "WBC" or other more specific tests) and then when you click next nothing happens.
