Great bobbins for beginners and modern work

These are very good bobbins for modern work - the kind that doesn't require hundreds of things! I especially like that they are square, so they don't roll even without sequins. In this respect they are superior to those in the basic Lacis round bobbin lace set. I'm looking forward to resuming my experiments with bobbin lace and these bobbins are great for the projects I have in mind - mostly for bookmarks and looks I'll find out.

Price, quantity and quality meet here with these roles.

Light coils but in terms of price / quantity / quality they suit almost everyone. Because they are square, they don't roll as hard as other reels. I use little colored rubber bands to make pairs so I can easily tell them apart when working on a piece - this comes in handy especially when you're working with a "traveler" (sometimes called a "weaver") or figuring out a spider . They are very comfortable to hold
