My feet are 11.5 US 4E in hiking boots. I bought a 46.0 EU wide fit. They were a bit narrow in width. Ooooh I returned them (great return policy thanks) and bought a very wide lake (3E) direct from the Lakes website sorry Revane. After about 5 hours of driving I had no numbness or pain in my legs. Now I don't constantly struggle with leg adjustment. And enjoy driving without leg pain. Hope that helps. Pleasant to feel good.

These are by far the most comfortable cycling shoes I've ever worn. I had to try 3 different sizes before I found the right size but it was worth it. This is one of the few companies that makes really wide cycling shoes. Most other companies simply use the standard sole size and increase the material for a wide fit. Lake actually makes wide soles that give your feet much better support if you have wider feet. The soles of the shoes are also quite stiff for good control.

I have these wide ones and they are really comfortable. No problem adjusting my spikes (Shimano SPD-SL) and they feel good when I'm on the bike. I have trouble fitting because my right foot is a bit bigger so I usually have to go half a size up and that makes the shoe a bit too big for my right foot and too big for my left foot.
