I liked the ability to change the subject but I'm deducting a star for the fit. I think it would be safer to make the insert a bit larger to fit under the edge of the mat so you don't get your toe caught and tripped. I gifted it to my mom but used carpet tape to keep the liner flat.

Survived first storm and still not blown apart on some very windy/gusty days. Update: It's only been a few weeks. Up to 3 Months of OS Use: However, the carpet turned green within 3 months, so it didn't even change on Memorial Day, let alone other times of the year! Bought on 02/23/2021.

I've had my eye on this interchangeable welcome mat for a long time and in the meantime as I didn't have many gifts for my husband for Christmas I decided to 'bite the bullet' and give us both something we can use. (He'll love it as our current rug is a bit weathered and blowing in the wind!) I LOVE the various seasonal and holiday themed inserts and we will be able to use and enjoy them for years to come.

I bought this doormat for my 94 year old mother and I am really impressed with the quality! She likes it when it can be changed depending on the season. It's pretty durable and I appreciate that it doesn't twist so I don't have to worry about her tripping over it. I would be happy to request additional inserts for sale, even if they must be purchased separately. For example, it would be nice to have a winter scene instead of a Christmas scene.

This is a great option for the money but as they say. You get what you pay for. The inserts are excellent, the colors are bright and saturated. The rubber that makes up the pad itself feels extremely durable and should last a long time. Unfortunately, the only flaw that caught my eye right away is the gold/bronze edging around the rug. It's like colored foil. And it's as strong as foil (not at all). Even before the mat was used, it fell. OK, one more time. You get what you pay for.

From the photos the carpet looked very thick and durable. Come to know it's quite thin and stretchy. The inserts just sit in the mat and aren't attached in any way, so I'm really worried about getting blown away by one of those Kansas storms. I would also like a non-Christmas winter insert so you don't have to keep the Christmas insert from December to February (it seems they have a non-Halloween fall insert). I was so happy I ordered this Holiday Collection Lakeside rug with 6 interchangeable graphic inserts. The inserts are all so adorable and so festive for all the holidays. This is a very nice rug, especially the "Welcome" lettering on this rug, very nice lettering. It looks so cute on my porch and the rubber doormat is very strong and durable.
