First of all, this is not a high-end telescope. If you've seen the price, you should know this. That being said I was expecting slightly better quality for the price but it's not far enough to lose more than one star. The carrying case that it comes in is handy for transporting/storing the telescope. It is very sweet. The tripod and telescope appear to be reasonably made/not so cheap that they fall apart after the first few uses. The phone mount is a bit poor but I like that they added it here.

I had a telescope as a child over 40 years ago. This telescope was less than ½ times as powerful as this one, longer (and therefore bulkier) and cost $99 - almost the same as this one and $1980 which is about $319 today (2021).
