Folds when you don't want it, doesn't close

Don't waste time. There's no way to lock the broom in place, and it bends randomly when you try to sweep when you don't want it to bend.

I like the owl very much.

This set is very easy to assemble and the main components appear to be very solid. It's easy to use. My only criticism is that I wish the broom head itself was a little more substantial, but it's definitely not a deal breaker. I will use this shovel for many years. :)

Better use a hairbrush

This broom does not lock, so it tilts to the side when you don't need it. Also, the handle is twisted open which makes it free during use. I can handle both of those things, but I can't handle his crappy punching power. I could pick up more dirt with a hairbrush than with this thing.

Exactly what I wanted

I bought this expecting I wouldn't have to bend down to use the dustpan. Both parts are pretty solid, the broom is easy to use and seems to pick up everything on both my tile and wood floors. The dustpan is easy to use and the rim stays flush with the ground, making it easy for debris to fall into the dustpan.

I don't understand what they were trying to achieve here. This thing is so light and thin that it just brushes the top of the dust/dirt off the dust and dirt underneath. It takes many dozen swipes to collect most of the dust/grime in the pan before you get frustrated with what's left and decide to spread it out for later or... the broom and the pan with some to take more power. Should have been sent back.

Beautiful broom: Parts & Accessories

The brush and dustpan are very easy to assemble. I was a bit surprised by the width of the bristle row, because it was smaller than I expected. This isn't such a big deal to me as it actually makes it easier for the broom to hit certain nooks and crannies around the furniture. For those who want a broom with a handle that extends past the 60 inch mark, this broom handle will fall short. For me he's perfectly tall considering I'm only 5ft 3in. He's a bit small for my husband, 6ft, but…
