I was surprised by the quality of the hammer. I took it as a backup, and it easily became the main program. Much easier to use than our rubber mallet.

Linkage, tapping block and spacers worked great. However, after about 4 hits, the entire hammer head came loose from the handle. Had to use my own hammer to finish the job.

Overall a good starter kit for the price but the turning hammer broke after 400 sq.ft. completely off the handle. ft. Had to buy another hammer to complete the project and missed the kit return window.

Pads are flipped all the time when it comes to pads, there are better options out there. I fell out about 1/3 of the bottom when the whole head flew off the hammer handle. Luckily nobody got hurt, I JB welded it back on and finished the floor. Block and bar were ok.

I read some reviews before buying and had them say the block will break or wasn't strong enough, or I think strong enough to withstand hammer blows so it could push firmly into the ground, then I saw it. I read the description and it says the block is solid to the bone. Haven't used them yet but if they hold up I'll let you know, if they hold up I'll just let you know, keep calm.
