When I tried this bracket, I found it to be unstable and difficult to assemble. While the double socket may seem like a good feature, it is rendered useless by the poor construction.

I had to replace this in an old ceiling light and it worked great. For over 2 years without problems. Be careful after installing and testing them. If you turn it on to test with no glass and metal coatings, the bulb and socket get very hot and the bulb is very, very bright.
