This product might be the best $40 product I've ever spent on Revain. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and when she plugged it in right out of the box the light came on for a second then went out for nothing. . Brand new and it never worked

Have used it 3 times since receiving it a few days ago. I really like the plastic coating on the plates which really helps to gently run the straightener down the length of the hair. I also like the recessed textured ends that make it easier to hold the flat iron plates together on the hair and help reduce finger heat issues. I'm not entirely sure if the ion generator feature makes a difference to my previous straightener which didn't, but it seems like my hair has a different silkiness after…

DO NOT buy this item. Received it today, plugged it in, and the light is blinking and not on. Also, all the parts are made out of cheap plastic and painted some kind of shiny gold paint. Obviously it was made in China and is cheap junk. The heating plates are obviously NOT ceramic either. They can be painted on ceramic, but are not real ceramic plates. Come on, Revane, can you do better?

Im impressed. I have thin hair so it's difficult to curl and I don't know how to curl my own hair with a curling iron or flat iron. This allowed me to create multiple waves.
