I like this doorstop. It's bulky and fleshy. Just what I needed to keep my classroom door open. Easy to use no matter which side it falls from. I immediately ordered another one for my other door. Other doorstops may be more streamlined, but this doorstop gets the job done. I just have to take care of it because it's so helpful. :-)

Looks very solid and well made. However, this did not work with our double doors on carpet. We bought two to two layers as suggested for the gap size but the door could still be opened wide enough to slide aside and get in. They were too slippery on our carpet, maybe because it's a longer pile? In any case, unfortunately, the money was refunded.

I use it as a doorstop in class. This is the second one I've passed. The metal part is not strong as we would like. It often falls apart. UPDATE: After returning the second one, I didn't have enough refund amount. It's too gross to fight over three dollars and loose change, but that's the principle. Terrible company and equally terrible product.

This is a small doorstop that slides on the hardwood floor. The description said it would glue hardwood floors but it didn't. I really needed this to keep my door to my business open to be extra safe due to Covid and it delayed me in getting what I really need to stay safer. The seller should be ashamed of this false advertising.

I had to put up some resistance to the pet gate on the wooden floor and couldn't block it enough to hold it. Before going back/checking I wanted to be sure it would stop the door so I tried under a door that opens over smooth hardwood. Didn't even last a bit. I bought this doorstop in March 2018 to keep my front door open for movers with a self-closing hinge. I had hardwood floors and the doorstop didn't hold the door, so I borrowed one from a neighbor. The manufacturer's 4.8-inch length includes a metal handle; The rubber wedge itself is an inch shorter (see photo). Wood floor and wouldn't hold up the door I paid $12.95 in March, I still wouldn't buy it if it was at the current price of $8.61.

This doorstop is fantastic. I have tried other doorstops and in the end I am completely satisfied. The doors in our office are very heavy and the other doorstops just slide and don't hold the door. Small door wedges (traditional) require a serious pull on a heavy steel door to 'set' the stop and keep it from sliding - and this doesn't always work. We have a steel door to the elevator lobby of the apartment and occasionally need to open it for convenient loading of bulky items. It works way better than small or medium wedges and due to its size and stylish design it's pretty hard to forget and throw away! I don't know how long the rubber will stay pliable so I didn't mention "durability" -
