A small lasagne: baking mold

I love this little pan so much. There are only two of us in our house and a regular sized lasagna is absolute overkill. This sturdy little gem is perfect for assembling and baking a nice deep lasagna (or other casserole) the 'right' size. A good heavy pan that is easy to clean and lasts a long time.

Exactly what I was looking for.

For many years I have been trying to replace a broken Pyrex pan. It had high sides and was slightly smaller than the standard sizes. Well I stopped looking for glass, looked at the stainless steel and saw this perfect for the bill and I've used it a few times already. finally the pan has been replaced and actually a little bigger which is better.

So many uses, buy another love it

do not clean in the dishwasher; changes color. Hand wash only. This is great for small meals or appetizers like stuffed cabbage, lasagna, baked spaghetti, tuna casseroles, etc. I've cooked for 7 people and it was hard to cut down to 2-4, this is the perfect pan size. I love it. I make smaller portions with less or no leftovers. When I make my favorite lasagna, I only freeze half the pan for my second meal instead of leaving so much to give away. Wow just wow! for baking sheets and biscuits

I have just received this stainless steel pot and have not yet been able to use it. Nice heavy pan. It's hard to find a quality casserole dish that does NOT have a non-stick coating and doesn't cost a penny. This is a frying pan. I have to throw pans away all the time because the non-stick coating is peeling off. It is highly toxic and should not be taken orally.
