We have been using the belt for about 6 months. I noticed that the belt is gradually deteriorating, leaving red marks on the black cover to which it is attached. The straps and hardware look flimsy. I'll be surprised if it lasts up to a year.

I used these on my delivery job securing bundles of 10ft PVC pipe, copper tubing and objects to a two wheeled cart. .They are really easy to use and durable for what I expect from them. They tighten and don't loosen up even with a lot of movement, which is very important for my purpose.

Great value! I bought these to gather 500 pieces of 2 x 2 x 12 foot long poles together in one big stack to prevent warping when not in use. They worked perfectly! Keep in mind that they are lightweight and the fabric that makes up the straps is mostly cotton and can 'chafe' easily when rubbed against rough materials.

I used the straps as extra straps for my trunk. Obviously the material is not strong enough to withstand external conditions. I've only had them for a month and one of the straps broke. Probably from the heat as it only rained on two days in the whole month. We had wind gusts of about 35mph and all the straps broke.

I have a kayak that won't lift when it rains. I decided to moor the boat so it wouldn't fill up with water. Regular rope couldn't hold the boat up in high winds so I tied these straps. Easy to use and also easy to open, they protect the boat well from the even stronger winds we have lately.

I have ordered them several times to attach luggage to a bike frame. Thousands of miles of tying and untying every day, they have held up great and always work. There is no slipping and pulling the strap tightens. There have been a couple of occasions where I have had to make a chain from two webbings in a line for more load and they have done a great job. Despite all weather conditions, there is still no rust, sticking and seizing. They're not heavy at all, so I carry extra ones with me.

The buckle has a spring loaded handle that should allow the strap to tighten and snap into place. But it's flimsy, and with more than 15 pounds of tension, the strap snaps right out of the buckle, so it should only be used for light-duty purposes, e.g. B. for attaching a light cover or a peat sheet. umbrella at the end of the season. Definitely don't use this to secure a load to a shelf, as your load will fall just before you reach your destination. Definitely not "hard work" as advertised.
