This is a great product and I genuinely laugh at some of the negative comments about it and feel some buyers need some education on this type of product so here it is. The fan is a beast! Moves the air like a whirlwind on hot days or when I need to cool down/dry off quickly after a workout. I also use this fan as white noise when I leave the house so my dogs don't bark at every noise they hear outside. Does a fantastic job at it and it's very heavy too. The quality is very great! I really like this fan, it's powerful and moves a lot of air. Now the problem is, yes, it's a bit noisy due to air movement and fan blades. After a week of use, however, it started making a loud buzzing mechanical noise that comes and goes. This is extremely annoying and drowns out the natural sound of air movement.
