easy to understand and use after update/installation

Bought the unit to quickly identify problems with the "Check Engine Indicator (CEL)". $20 codes are fine, but the CEL light may come on for trans/abs/srs issues that cannot be viewed or cleared with "FIXD". As for the CRP-123, after downloading the necessary information via Windows (it didn't work for me via Chromebook) simply plug in the reader as directed (read the user manual first) and then follow the instructions. Was working fine until I tried to update the files. This model was intended for the Asian market. An attempt was made to update files on micro SD and the device is locked. I had it 8 days after Revane's return date. Without guarantee. The owner's manual lists phone numbers for US technicians, but states that this unit is not intended for sale in North America and that there is no technical support. "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!" Good scanner but useless TPMS tool

First I just want to say the scanner is great and looks and works well but I bought this kit with the TPMS tool because I thought it would would be nice to be able to reprogram my Honda TPMS if I ever need to. My problem is that the seller is misleading and does not state in the description which cars can do TPMS programming and is not mentioned anywhere. Don't mess with this brand - waste of time.

Bought to add to my scanners mainly for troubleshooting and clearing SRS codes. I liked the screen and the navigation. I hated everything else. First, the update process/function is useless. Following confusing instructions is bad enough only for customer service to inform me that the instructions have been "updated" and sent me the corrected PDF. Even if these instructions were followed exactly, I could not download the updates. I have a Windows 10 PC and the updater was flagged as "unknown…
