Description of Laundry Dryer Balls Alternative Softener

REDUCE DRYING TIME: Dryer balls lift and separate laundry allowing the hot air to flow more efficiently so loads dry faster. SAVE MONEY: Shorter drying times lower utility costs. Dryer balls also replace the need to buy expensive fabric softener. ECO-FRIENDLY: Dryer balls are reusable and save energy. Additionally, they reduce the need for chemicals. ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR FABRIC SOFTENER: Small spikes on the dryer balls massage fabrics. Towels come out soft and fluffy, while wrinkles are reduced. EASY TO USE: Simple and efficient, just toss them into the dryer along with your laundry. Reuse again and again.

Good price for a 4 pack but.

These balls are very hard. There was a lot of noise in the dryer. Agree with some of the previous comments about eventually damaging the inside of the dryer. Really need something softer. Also, when removed, the sheet was completely rolled up and everything was static. This suggests the balls did not open the clothes to dry and the static electricity was never removed. I think the manufacturer should review the comments on this product, do some testing and make some changes.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful

I've been addicted to dry bulbs lately.

I've been looking into dry balls recently and decided to try the plastic balls. I would recommend sticking with balls of yarn. I don't think they help reduce static, nor do they speed up drying time. My biggest downside is that they are noisy. Our laundry is in the basement and you can hear it hitting the dryer drum next door. Okay, so maybe they're not that loud, but you can hear them well enough upstairs to wake you up, or at least be very annoying while you're doing other things.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

My 2 cents for 2 decades of religious use

I've been a fan of dryer balls for 2 decades and after trying many dryer balls, here are my take on what makes good dryer balls:- The brand doesn't matter . - Thick, Heavy, Hard Plastic: A lot of people complain about the noise of hard balls, and that's true, but remember, harder = better. Harder balls give better physical strength by hitting clothes, which makes for softer clothes AND lasts much longer than soft balls. In the past, the heaviest first set I had had lasted almost 10 years before

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No job
