This simple frame has a thin border, so your photo is the center of attention and not the frame (as it should be)! The gold is cool and I love that the back of the frame slides in and out easily. You have to put a piece of cardboard between the photo and the frame to keep the frame in place, but that didn't bother me as the cardboard came with the frame. I am happy with the quality of this product and will be purchasing more frames from this seller in the future.

This frame looks really nice but the way the back is attached is really stupid. You need to frame it from below, not just pin it. There is a piece of cardboard that you must hold between the photo and the back of the frame or the back will slide right out. It was very difficult to put the back of the frame onto the piece of cardboard and it started peeling off the velvet/felt. I had to try this a few times before the back fit back into the frame. Some pain in the butt.

Better quality than I expected for the price. The back looks like a foam board covered with felt that is glued on. It looked a bit dusty when it arrived (tiny pieces of cardboard wrapped in felt) but I put a lint roller on it and it looks great afterwards. I had a photo taken with a 35mm film camera about 25 years ago. The resulting photo will have an aspect ratio suitable for 4x6 printing. However, I wanted to print it out at 5 x 7 so it would be larger. Unfortunately, when you make a 5x7 print from a photo taken with a 35mm camera, you lose some of the long dimension - top or bottom, or a bit of both.
