I couldn't get it to work. It fits perfectly, but the instructions aren't clear and my emails to tech support have gone unanswered. Be careful when purchasing if you want more than just a pen replacement.

Decent fitment for the price. The handle is easy to change to standard. The hardest part was stretching the wire, drilling a hole in the cab and patching it. Camera clarity is decent. My biggest disappointment is that the camera does NOT have any parking guide lines as shown in the listing.

Update Incredible customer service! If you have any problem with this product, they 100% support their product and take care of you. The picture is very pretty and the assembly was easy. The attached image was taken in the evening after sunset and works very well in low light. The camera angle shows the hitch and makes connecting to a trailer very easy.

A great camera so far! Will update if I run into problems! I have 2 complaints. The first is the need to run another wire from the front to the back of the reversing lights! The first sites they list for finding wires don't work and the second ones cost money. After finding the cable, I found that it doesn't work because it's on all the time! I recently bought this LeadSign backup camera for my 2011 RAM 1500 because it had the underside of a main unit and no backup camera. Also because of the reviews I saw here and because the resolution was better than the rest of the RAM tailgate rear view cameras. Once installed and running, I was impressed with the image. Wow! I wasn't expecting much for the price but was pleasantly surprised when I received the product. Great build quality and a quick release combo connector on the tailgate made it even nicer. Installed on my 2017 RAM1500. For power, I connected a 12V cigarette lighter socket on the driver's side to a bypass harness.
