I like that this has been able to integrate with most of our existing systems, as well as adding new ones where needed (or even creating them). It's very easy to use, has an excellent user interface which makes it so much easier than other platforms I have used in the past. There are many options that can be configured depending on your needs. The simplicity of using this software is amazing, you can do it all from one place without having to go around different programs or apps that sometimes don't work together well at times (which makes life hard when trying to get everything done in time).
