Multipurpose & Age Set

We love these blocks. Judging by other reviews, we found several ways to use it. A 5 year old looks at a map and draws a picture, a 7 year old and a 9 year old build as I describe a picture and sometimes we test our memory by looking at a picture for a few minutes and then out of it build memory. Plastic parts in pleasant colors, without sharp edges. The box they are kept in has cardboard dividers for each individual piece. I love this set!

Great for math in my class.

I bought this for my kindergarten class because I thought it would be the perfect activity for them during math class. They love building things, even if they don't stick to the cards included in the set. It's a fun game, but it's frustrating when the pieces tip over and fall off, but I think it's good because it just encourages you to keep trying to make things right. I love that the cards have 3 different languages because it makes things easier for people who don't speak English. I love this

My kids want to play this game! instructive.

I first heard about this game from a great homeschooled review from my mom. I'm so glad we chose this. We use this throughout our school day as the same basic logical/critical thinking exercises. My 5 and 3 year olds use it and love it. It says it's for ages 5+ but with a little help my 3 year old can attend. The blocks are made of durable, colored plastic. The maps give them many different puzzles to create, modify and solve, and the game itself offers 2 different ways to play. I like that…

Great game for all ages

This really is the best game for all ages! I don't know why it says 5+ as it can easily be changed for toddlers and all ages. I have kids from 3 to 12 years old and they all love this puzzle game. I originally bought this as a sensory toy for my 5 year old with a sensory processing disorder. This game helps him calm down while he concentrates on creating each picture. He can also build what I describe to him. His older siblings also enjoy playing, and even a three-year-old can copy pictures…

Great growth game

I bought this game for my 3 and 4 year old kids. I wanted something that was a bit educational but still a lot of fun. All my kids love building and playing with blocks so I thought this would be a hit. Now children just enjoy looking at the pictures and building the structure shown. There are basically 2 ways to play.1. You look at a map for 10 seconds and try to build a structure based on your memories. The first team/kid to build the structure correctly wins the round.2. The second way of…

Great for a college class, too!

I use this game in my Public Speaking course (Freshman Speaking) for college students. We play the game in two different ways: 1) Active Listening/Effective Communication: There are around 5-6 students in a group. I have picture cards. One student from each group looks at the map for 10 seconds and then returns to the group to describe how to build the structure in the picture. You must use memory skills and effective communication skills during this process. They need to remember the shapes…
