I love this brand and the bag itself it super cute. It has just enough room to carry my essentials: small wallet clip, AirPods, phone, glasses, chapstick, and a couple travel size pill bottles. The one fatal flaw is the straps are far too big! With its smallest setting it still sags way down which makes it not cute. I was forced to use one strap and make it a crossbody which defeated the purpose of buying a backpack. I’m disappointed.

This bag is seriously adorable and I was so excited for it to arrive and even when I got it. It LOOKS like it could be good quality by the way the bag itself is structured but the leather (especially the strap) arrived frayed upon arrival which I tried to just ignore but then when I started adjusting the strap the seams started coming undone. I am very pleased with look and feel of this backpack. some say it is surprisingly small and that is why i decided to get it. I need place for cell and wallet and car keys. and I hate bags (need my hands free things).The only annoyance is straps are SOOO long. the back pack if not well weighted with stuff basically falls off the shoulders. there is no way to shorten them any more. i solved that with braiding them together. Still giving it 5 stars.

I ordered the 2-strap version in gray. This is more of a taupe-gray (warm tone) not a cool gray tone if that is important to you. I ordered the 2-strap because I wasn't sure how comfortable the individual strap would be to wear backpack style. This is a well made, adorable little bag. You can tell it is high quality. The leather is pretty and even the hardware is gorgeous! The reason I deducted one star is because it's about half as big as I expected it to be.
