After only 5 months the black transformer was overheating and bulging like it was about to explode! It's scary to imagine that it was in my daughter's room and could have caught fire if it hadn't been noticed!

I only received it on December 28th, now on January 2nd. They were fine from the moment I first put them on until last night, but when I woke up they were off. I didn't think about it, but now they don't turn on, and when they do, they turn off after a few seconds. None of the wires are broken and there is nothing on them that could damage them, I also got rid of some wallpaper.

Great lights! Provide the perfect mood lighting and add a fun personality to your space. I would say it would look best behind an object that reflects light for the best effect. Cables are difficult to hide where they plug into sockets. The product itself works perfectly and the remote control and app are easy to use. Just make sure you place your lights and cords strategically and choose the right length for your space so it looks its best.

I have ordered 3 different led strips, this one is by far the best. The Olafus roll I received never worked right away. The other worked but wasn't as bright and had no application. I literally can't connect Bluetooth to the app/LED lights. I've never had any problems with bluetooth so I know it's the LEDs. I kept trying to connect bluetooth through the app and through my settings and it kept saying "pairing failed", it just doesn't work. I have no idea why. Did a lot of homework and came out with this brand as the best and so far I agree. The phone app makes up for the limited remote access capabilities. I like that the Bluetooth connection is not dependent on a device like Alexa. Please note that only one phone can be controlled at a time. You can also use the app to control multiple devices, but they may not always be in sync as one device for tapes can differ from another device by a split second.
