🐉 Empowering Imagination: LEGO Dragons Rescue Creative Set for 12 Year Olds Review

My daughter was so excited when she opened it this Christmas morning. I started collecting almost immediately. This is a large set with a small castle and a large dragon. She liked the big white dragon the most. Unfortunately the head doesn't hold up. The flexible neck joint is too loose to support the weight of the head. It was a disappointment for all of us.

Revain's price is higher than other stores in town and I ordered Queen's Dragon Rescue Lego before Thanksgiving hoping my granddaughter's wish wouldn't change before Christmas - and that's not she was excited. She is 8 years old and just needs a little help from her older brother. (when she asked, I might add) When she spotted the little gems included in the set, she yelled for everyone to come and see them. A happy, excited child.

My almost 7 year old daughter built most of it herself and this is her favorite LEGO Elves set - she has 4 others. She really loves dragons and this one is especially beautiful. I love the fantasy element of the Lego Elves world as it is gender neutral yet welcoming. I've refused to buy Lego Friend sets and that satisfies her need for beautiful things without hurting my belief that women want more than shopping and spa treatments.

It's so much fun! She's that big too. She is very mobile! If your head hangs while building in step 36, you need to make sure that the two parts of the neck are connected very tightly. Then her head stays! I love how lava slides through the castle! The wings fold like those of a bird. None of the other dragons have this feature. measurements. With its head and tail extended, it is 16 inches long. She is 4 inches tall from toe to shoulder. Standing normally with wings folded back, it is 4 inches

My daughter received this LEGO set for Christmas. It was at the top of her Christmas list for Santa and she was thrilled to get it. She and her brother (10 and 6) now have several elf sets and although they are expensive I think it's a good investment because they are so passionate about making them, plus these pieces are indestructible lol.
