Includes all the figures in the set but at a higher price than buying the figures individually. However, the few extra dollars spent were well worth the time spent scouring the store for each individual figure (and/or possibly visiting multiple stores).

The figures cost 4.99 each. We paid $89 for a full set of 12 Marvel minifigures. So far we have opened 5 and already found a duplicate. So, not as advertised, just 12 sets of minifigures, randomly selected and sold at a premium price.

I was a bit skeptical at first. But I am happy to report that I was provided with everything that was stated in the description. All 12 minifigures are boxed like new. Although the price might seem a little high as the numbers are guaranteed and don't need to be looked for, I think it's worth the extra cost.
