May not fit European sockets

It's designed to last a lifetime. Unfortunately, it was only a millimeter too big for my OEM socket on the Mercedes ML500. A little careful filing should remedy this deficiency.

Can't stand the cold.

Bought for a winter hike through rough terrain. As soon as we got below -10F, the line started to crumble and break. There was a time when the only thing that held the line together was the fact that the wiring was solid stranded copper.

As described and fast delivery

I used this product to test hitch control issues on the fly. I cut off the blue wire so I can easily plug an ammeter between the plug and socket to measure the electric brake operation. Stripping makes it easy to measure voltage under real load.

The cables are of very poor quality. Not impressed.

I ordered some of these cables for my boat dealer. About half of them worked at best. I've had them long enough that I couldn't return them. I bought them because they were about 1/2 the size of the US made cables. They were defective right out of the box. Contact pins very slightly bent. I will never buy these cables again.

Cheap, tight, don't buy

This product is of very cheap quality. The lights worked but the trailer brakes didn't work. After breaking the female end I concluded that it was properly connected. However, the plug end is molded and has very cheap plugs that don't connect. Finally I cut off the ends of this and connected them to my trailer's wires and unplugged my RV. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

The wiring is completely wrong. 6 out of 7 wires are wrong, blown fuse on my truck.

Yes, I know that the plug pins are the mirror image of the plug end. Only center pin was correct, all other wires were wrong, had to disassemble socket end and repair according to online diagram/color code. All circuits now work on the camper except tail lights. The truck still has them, but not the camper. My truck has its own fuse and relay for the trailer taillights and this wiring harness blew the fuse. DO NOT BUY.

Very well made and thick wire.

I used it as an extension for an electric jack on my trailer. I have a fifth wheel connector in the bed of my F250 that is not used with a bumper trailer and the connector on the jack was not long enough to allow me to pull in or out of the hitch and use the jack's LED lights . Posing for the camera. I could have made one out of parts scattered around the garage, but this chord is molded, one piece, and very thick so I don't have to worry about loose or rusted wires or connections in the plugโ€ฆ
