Ideal for school

Used in my school. Sealed Paragon. Connected this baby directly to my built in accessory panel with 6/3 Romex. Make sure you are using 6 gauge wire and not 8 gauge wire. 8 gauge for 30 AMP.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Protection

Exactly as advertised and fits well.

I didn't like white, but at the time I couldn't find black to match other accessory cases. I liked the fit and the spade lugs and they worked well for my 30 amp to 50 amp conversion.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Almost never

Almost perfect for electrical

This worked fine but I had to swap the screws as one screw stripped the threads when tightening as I changed the stripping point due to different wire gauges I got away with it, and the positions were tightened perfectly. Be careful when putting it on, otherwise this is a good product.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Fits my 50 amp power cord.

I bought two of these. One has had its outer casing removed and installed in a small electrical box located on the opposite side of the wall from the main electrical box. My power generator comes with a cord end that wraps in this backup bracket. The other will be used to make a 12" welding power adapter cord that will fit into the same power cord and allow me to plug in my welder.

Pros
  • Hard wearing finish
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Wrong product bought (?)

I bought this socket together with the 50A RV power cord (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079ZBJM29 /ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00 ? ie= UTF8&psc=1) and a converter from 50A to 20A (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HRHWHNW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). All three arrived together but two of the cords have four pins and the entrance only has three. I've looked around the Revain and there are tons of 3-pin inputs and lots of 4-pin cables. How do people deal with this? Sorry…

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons
  • Not the best
