The filter was quite broken when it was delivered but our old one really needed replacing. Have ordered this product several times with no problems. It used to come in an extra box (other than the one in the photo). While serviceable this time, it had a few minor rips and the folds/folds were extremely difficult to separate when applied.

I was hesitant to give 5 stars for installation just because this type of filter is not for beginners. If you follow the instructions and work slowly, you can do it.
