Finally a real Android tablet and more!

I don't know why Revain doesn't sell this device. It was available from Best Buy from the start and is now available from Walmart. Other sellers too. At $299 for the 128GB version, this Chromebook/tablet is a great value and will go a long way once you understand the product and fit your use case. First of all, you shouldn't go for the 64GB version because of the difference of about $20. The 64G version makes no sense with such a small price difference (no SD card slot). For the $299 128GB…

Cons
  • updates available

Please balance this negative review, which constructively reflects your own opinion, but I cannot recommend buying a Lenovo product do not recommend, having received from support team, and the nightmare of navigating their archaic repair ticket system (exacerbated by COVID repair center closures). Lenovo is no longer the company I fondly remember from my college days - their credo has shifted to a purely financial mindset - which has completely changed my praise and recommendation of their…

Lots of little hassles

I bought this to replace my LG GPad 8.3 inch Android tablet. I chose ChromeOS because it looks like Google wants to make it their future mobile platform and it runs Android apps, but while ChromeOS has been available with Android apps for a long time, it's very similar to beta software Dark mode (although I read this morning that it's finally arrived in the Canary version!) - Strange bug randomly duplicates text when typed into Chrome's new tab search bar (no problem in the URL bar) - Sometimes

Pros
  • Fast, secure, and easy-to-use: This touchscreen Chromebook boots up quickly with your Google sign-in to give you access to all your cloud documents, email, and more.

Excellent Chromebook for school-age kids

I've bought two Lenovo Duet Chromebooks ( to replace two outdated ASUS Flip C100P Chromebooks), one for each school-age boy. While ASUS provided a great Chromebook first experience for introducing our boys to a mix of web and Android apps, it was noticeably starting to age and programs stopped working as well. When I heard about Duet earlier this year, I immediately followed the news and pre-ordered two from BestBuy in late April. After all the anticipation and hype, I was not disappointed. For
