The computer was originally very slow and should come back soon. I will check the performance after increasing the minimum base speed provided by the ISP. Everything else on the PC is very good.

The product is less than a year old, was purchased on January 29, 2017 and registered after receiving the product. In July, the Ideacentre AIO was returned to the Kentucky factory due to a touchscreen failure. Now the OS has crashed and Lenovo gives no warranty (it says the warranty expired on November 13, 2017 and started on September 15, 2016?) and Lenovo wants $200 for a year of "premium" support to demand. Unfortunately, Revane says this is also out of her control. Bad buy, valuable lesson.

I bought 10 of these computers for the library less than a year ago and 5 out of 10 have "ghost touch" problems where the cursor moves to the top left corner of the screen and then just moved up to the point where the computer is completely unusable. And I got a better price than the $799 they have now - I paid $655 for these crappy computers. If you're lucky you can quickly disable the touchscreen, but that doesn't help the library, which resets everything at night. Stay away from these Lenovo

Overall quality and performance is top notch. But the PC/monitor stand is bad. It does not protect or hold the PC in place. The PC could tip over without warning. (This happened to us 3 times. I had to make a block of wood to put under the front of the pc to give it balance.

I bought this computer for my mother for Christmas. It seems to work fine but I'm very disappointed in the lack of installation instructions, manual etc. Online manuals are difficult to use when you can't go online due to system setup. The online manuals apply to multiple systems. I've had the computer for 4 weeks and am still trying to get it working. I'm not sure I would have bought another Lenevo.

Great computer at a great price! The huge touchscreen allows operation by the whole family. Everything you need to connect to the internet and update the pre-installed Windows 10 was included. This is my second Lenovo product (also a ThinkPad Twist laptop/tablet) and I am very happy with the build quality and the quality of the supplied software. Definitely recommend this product to anyone thinking of buying it.

After very little use, the mouse pointer started to get stuck in the upper left side of the screen and start flapping uncontrollably. This rendered the computer unusable as I cannot move the mouse at all. A broken heap of useless junk. I've seen reviews with the same issue so please avoid this product altogether. Waste of money due to a poorly designed manufacturer error.

Lenovo has a lot to do. Fancy USB 3.0, doesn't work with anything plugged into USB when you reboot it. You need to disconnect USB, then reboot and everything will work. A bit slow. Hate hate Windows 10. Good screen even though it runs my 3D programs.

This is the best computer I have ever bought compared to any I have bought in the past. If speed is your concern, this one is very fast. As you can see from the description, it has 8GB of storage that allows you to easily do many different things at the same time. I have 300Mbps internet through Comcast but my speed test shows around 350Mbps.
