Cuts steel like cutting oil

This is an amazing saw blade. It fits perfectly and cuts 2 x 2 carbon steel pipe like butter. Hands down is superior to other blades I've had. I'll be cutting more difficult materials like stainless steel and 1 x 3 carbon sheet soon, I'm sure that will work fine.

Pros
  • Bi-Metal for cutting wood, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals, carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, mild steel and stainless steel
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Look elsewhere

Literally couldn't handle blade angle adjustment during installation. I used 1.5" round steel tubing for reference. I've been using band saws for at least 15 years and have never seen a blade give up the ghost. It looks like it got caught on a tooth somehow and just broke Waste of $30

Pros
  • Suitable for cutting solid shapes, rectangular tubing, structural profiles and sheet metal
Cons
  • Drill Kit

A very nice blade. Seems well done.

I actually bought this tool to cut wood and it works great. Not long ago I bought a very dead Sears 12 inch band saw for $40 and assembled it with all new parts where needed. I ordered this CD in 80" and am very happy with it. It was recommended on a Blade comparison site as a good combination of price, quality and durability. Looks very high quality and cuts smoothly like clockwork. I have no plans to to cut metal but aluminum when really necessary. I suspect this will work fine but the speed…

Pros
  • Variable tooth design for faster cutting speed than normal teeth and smooth cuts
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
