My tripod isn't high enough, I need 250mm more; Mine has bowl leveling but no center post. This works great as an additional center speaker. This is the thickest diameter of any carbon extension I could find here, and the top and down tube decks are even larger. This tube feels like a carbon tripod leg or center column, very light but very strong. There is no wobble, play or movement with the 200-500 zoom lens on the gimbal worn over the ball head over this tube. mean fake. Very happy with it.

I liked the build quality of this extension. It was lightweight, durable carbon fiber - just like any expensive tripod or monopod. I bought it because the Leofoto carbon fiber monopod I bought was sometimes (in some situations) a bit short for me (mine is 6ft 5in) and it was more than enough to attach it to the top - even when shooting while standing.
