Quality product. It took a few cycles to bubble up when I first used it, but worked great after that. Directions could be clearer. It refers to the waterline (there is no waterline on the bottle, you have to measure the water) but the product works well and holds a charge for a long time.

Our level up died after two or three months. The company was kind enough to send us another one. Now, a year later, both units are dead. They are glowing.
