That absolutely meets my requirements. My wife didn't believe in high quality audio until we saw our first movie in 4K with atomic Dolby quality. We looked at sound with depth. It's not your typical low-end Walmart sound system, but it's not your high-end system either. This system is perfect if you have extra money but don't want to rob the bank. I added this 5.1 surround sound system with soundbar, subwoofer and 2 rear speakers to my home theater. The TV can do Dolby Atmos sound and this set does it amazing. I connected it to my TV's HDMI/ARC port and the Apple TV streaming device gives me many more ways to enjoy Atmos effects than any other streaming device. I really wanted to like this product but the constant struggle with the failing rear speakers and the subwoofer turning off randomly was getting more and more frustrating. I had no idea about the possibility of the update. Came in the original box, everything is very well packed. If I didn't know I bought a refurbished one I wouldn't have a clue. Can't believe this is an update. Came in manufacturer's packaging. Everything in the box was packed like new. Everything looks perfect, not a single scratch. The best part is that it works great.
