The product has lived up to expectations and the dealer's service deserves the highest praise. All problems were solved quickly.

Works as advertised, just like the original ice box that came with the fridge. All replacement parts for these refrigerators are expensive, even the small plastic side containers on the side doors. I don't know why the auger that moves the ice is made out of cheap clear plastic that tends to break when the ice bin is empty and the ice maker throws in freshly made ice.

We installed this in our LG fridge with no problem. It worked fine for a day or two and then stopped making ice. I thought it was clogged so we cleaned it and tried again. It doesn't work at all. Unfortunately I missed the 30 day return window so I'm sticking with it. Next time I will buy from a more reputable source.

We installed it to see if it works. that's how it is, th. I contacted Amazon to see if they would refund the discount as it has only been 3 days since I ordered it and 2 days since the price drop.
