LG Tone Ultra Se HBS-835S: Black Neckband Earbuds with JBL Sound - Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Experience Review

I ordered this 835 2 times and got hsb720 both times. Folks, simply putting a new sticker over the original manufacturer's label doesn't change the contents of the box! Attention when ordering, model 720 is NOT retractable!

I may have just received a defective pair but after 3 days they just stopped working. Update: Got a pair from the AT&T store. Great headphones. The external speaker is a small gimmick, but nice. Instead, I would buy the LG Tone Ultra 2018.

I wouldn't give stars right now, but the system requires it. I was under the impression that this is a new item but as the box has been opened I doubt they are new. I would never spend that much money on used headphones. I want explanations and remedies.

I've been using LG bluetooth headsets for a while and I usually swap them out every year. I bought the device at the end of January. One of the headphones stopped working so I sent it in for repair. I was told it was caused by physical injuries. They fix it for $48. Attention buyers, I really expected more from LG.

after a month they sounded great. The mono speaker was useful for long conference calls. But on many calls, people complained that they couldn't hear me and that the audio was muffled. I ended up having to send them back because that was the main reason for them.

I've tried many headsets and this one is the best. I've had 4 in the last 6 years (2 had to be replaced because my pup got them) - and I keep 2 in rotation so I always have one loaded and ready as I work from home and up all day conferences am . They have great sound quality and aren't bulky like many other headsets. Highly recommended!

If the microphone is not directly in front of your mouth, it is very difficult for the person on the other end to hear you. Bought these to replace an old pair that were good but broken and a pair for my wife. I would like to know how bad the microphone is in the new model. You spent good money on a cheap product. Battery life is good and they are comfortable. I just hate putting the mic to my mouth so people can hear me. I don't speak softly.

This is my third pair of these headphones, but it's not a minus, I abuse these things. I wear them 16 hours a day, comfortable enough to forget I'm wearing them. I work in a noisy, hot, sawdust infested workshop where hearing protection is essential. I use foam ear tips in one ear and an ear tip in the other.
