We love this model. We bought a previous model of this through Revain and still use this player (two years later) in our bedroom. This new model is used much more intensively in our family room. The product is light, durable, high quality, thin, and the technology is easy to understand. It's so cheap you'd expect it to cover the basics, but it's so much more. I bought a 47 inch LG LCD TV for my new apartment and needed a new DVD player. I like the LG brand (bought a friend's separate HD LCD TV a year ago and it's great) so I wanted an upconverted DVD player to match the TV.
